Returns & Exchanges

At Neptune Outlet, we want you to love your home. If your new decor or furniture doesn't quite fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding, assembly tools, and instruction manuals included to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
